Complaint Review: GOVIDEO

DON'T BUY ANY GOVIDEO products. They are NO Longer in service. GoVideo equiptment is very bad and breaks. They no longer service the equiptment. The website at www.govideo.com is a front and only offers instructions.

The GoVideo Company is no longer located in Arizona. The contact info on their website doesn't work.

Don't be taken by this bad company. Buy another brand. I purchased a brand new VR2940 DVD Recorder and it hasn't worked from day one. I was told to contact GoVideo through their White Glove Service which the phone # no longer exists. I tracked them down to a phone number that has a recording saying they are Opti-Systems and also a company called http://www.sensoryscience.com/ which also doesn't exist. GoVideo is no longer at the address they claim to have on their website.

This company is a joke and a fraud. Please complain to the Arizona Attorney General at www.attorneygeneral.state.az.us
Also the tradename GoVideo isn't even registered in Arizona at www.azsos.gov

Check them out. Their out of business.......
