So pissed off I will write this in English, German, and French

I purchased a ticket on govolo ( www.govolo.com govolo.de) because it was cheaper than the other airlines. Like most people the days leading up to my travel were very hectic and i forgot to check back with govolo, since they had my credit card and sent me a "reservation number"

Low and behold i travel 4 hours to the airport ( my family already in amsterdam ) show up at the airport in Munich and they inform me... were sorry your name is not in our system. "Try calling Govolo to get this figured out." If you want to catch this flight you will have to pay 540.

(WHY is there NO Phone Number for govolo? )

Ich habe bei Govolo eine Flugkarte gekauft weil sie billiger war. Wie die Meistens, hatte ich viel in den letzen Tag vor meine Flugzeit zu tun, und dann nicht auf Govolo beachtet denn ich hatte gedacht sie waren schon gekauft und die haben mir eine Reservierungnummer gegeben.

Dann wahre ich vier Stunde nach dem Flughafen gefahren. Jetzt kommt der Hammer. Bei dem Check-In hat der Kerl mir gesagt, entschuldigung aber ich sehe Ihre Name nicht. Bitte rufen Sie Govolo an. Habe auf der Internet geschaut, aber es gibt keine Telefonnummer fr Govolo! Sorry aber sie knnen leider nicht mitfahren. Die einzige mglichkeit fr Sie ist eine Flugkarte fr 540 zu kaufen.
