Subscribed to Unlimited Web Access to Background check only got list of searched names and ages! BUT sucessfully got refund!

Here are the steps:

 Make a stop payment (with Paypal, MC, VISA, AE,..) These payment service providers will put a HOLD on the vendor account for the disputed amount. (Even though the payment was already processed!)

You are asked to fill out the payment dispute form, which they (MC, VISA, Paypal, AE..) will monitor the dialogues back and forth from you and the vendor. (The vendor has to respond or else it will show itself as not a good customer service/repute company and risk losing payment services from its providers).

This will worrk for 99% of the times. (As in my case)

For the stubborn 1%, here is the last resort strategy to get them out of business:

Inform the evndor that you will file compaints, if refund not done, to:

www.ftc.gov , www.ic3.gov , www.bbb.org, www.resellerratings.com , www.fbi.gov ,

www.ripoffreport.com, www.scam.com  ...
