publicly available data. We do not create, verify, or guarantee the accuracy or
the amount of information traced through our service.

GovRegistry.us is not a consumer reporting agency as defined
under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ("FCRA"). The information in our
databases has not been collected in whole or in part for the purpose of
reporting to the credit bureaus, as defined in the FCRA.

Please note that the results of searches you conduct within
the Member's Area are limited to those public records we make available through
the Website. When viewing your search results, you may be informed of
additional information or searches available through one or more of our partner
