Gowallet.com GoWallet.com Visa Debit cards are a RIP OFF! Internet
I received 4 separate gift cards from a relative as a Christmas gift. I went online and had a customer service agent on giftcardmall.com activate AND register the cards. When we went to Target to use them, they didn't work. So I returned home, spoke to another customer service agent on giftcardmall.com and she said they'd done everything they could on their end, the only other option I could do was 1) email gowallet.com as they're the company that issues the Visa debit cards or 2) contact Visa and see if they could make the cards work. I've been unable to contact anyone at Visa and although I've emailed gowallet.com, they've yet to answer me back. There's no contact number or any 'live' person I can get a hold of. So my relative is out almost $400 and my kids can't use their Christmas gifts!! Hopefully, the relative will be able to get a refund through Visa......gowallet.com been a complete failure! I wouldn't recommend them to my worst ENEMY!
