Went into this "Authorized Verizon Retailer" thinking it was an ACTUAL Verizon Wireless store.  Boy was I wrong!  First time I went in I talked to the manager who said he would give me a good deal on a Droid2 phone with extras.  Ok great... Wasn't able to get the phone for a few more weeks.  I went back and he wasn't there it was another girl working named Mary Ly.  She was a bit pushy but that was expected.  Told me she would sell me a Droid2 phone for $299.99.  There was a $100 rebate so that made the price $199.99.  Bought a case for it and 3 screen covers for an additonal $40 which she said she would knock off 20%.  Sounded reasonable so I went ahead and got it.  She said if I didn't like it I had 30 days to return the phone and try another phone as many times as I wished.  Even better right.... WRONG!  Verizon only allows 1 return within 30 days with a $35 restocking fee.  After getting home and reviewing my receipt I noticed that Mary Ly charged me $320 for the phone and did not give me the 20% discount as promised.  I went back the next day and she wasn't working and the person working refused to help me because he didn't make the deal.  Took me over a week to track her down just to have her deny the price she said she would charge me.  She says that the Upgrade price is $320 and the new customer price is $300.  she offered me a $25 gift card to spend in her store to cover the 20% and extra $20 she over charged me.  BULLCRAP... I didn't want to spend another dime in their stupid store.  2 weeks after I bought it the price dropped.  I could go to Best Buy and get the same EXACT phone for $99.99 and no need to mail in a rebate.  So I took the phone back to Zwireless and requested my money back.  They informed me there would be a $35 restocking charge no big deal already expected that... Plus they claimed that I dropped it and there was a tiny tiny scratch on the phone.  They charged me $100 for damage.  Bringing the grand total to $135 to return the phone.  So I get about $200 back with the tax refunded.

The workers at the store tell customers complete lies to get them to purchase a phone and when you go back they act like they don't know what you are talking about and claim they told you somthing other than what they really said!  Stay AWAY from Zwireless in Wichita expecially the one @ Maple and Maize Rd.  Bunch of scandalous idiots working there!
