Gpal, formerly known as GunPal, has my money . I requested a withdrawal to my bank account over two weeks ago. The account shoes that transaction complete, but the money is not in my bank.
I have sent five emails to support trying to get some answers, and get none.
I have emailed the CEO, Ben Cannon, twice, and have gotten no reply. I have called twice spending a total of 110 minuets, and got no reply, just lovely elevator music.
I have since looked around, it seems there may be hundreds of customers who are
having the same problem. Lucky for me, it was a relatively small amount of money.
Don't trust these people, do not do business with them.
