Lee Wiggins is no more than a common thief and fraudster,  he has stolen my money and 100`s of other investors money too amounting to millions of pounds, Lee does not fullfil his contract  to build or refund my money ,   

lee you blame the downturn on one hand then say you have 600 million empire and sponser horse racing ,golf tournememts and take part in car racing! your a complete fraud !
 
Do not trust Lee Charles wiggins   or his Brother stuart wiggins they breach there contract then tell you to F*ck off when you try to reason with them
