GPD Investments / Empire Heights Lee Wiggins Does not honour contracts and keeps investors money , Internet
I purchased an apartment from Lee Wiggins (he keeps changing business names now) and paid a deposit 20k. Because of the down turn Mr Wiggins claimed he could not build the apartments, this despite the fact he now claims to have made 500 million in property - presumably by stealing investors money. Myself and many other investors have been affected.
Stay away from this man whatever business venture he is involved in. He does not honour contracts and seems perfectly happy to just steal investors money.
