Complaint Review: G-plans Program

According to this company's website, as long as the customer cancels within 72 hours of ordering, they will issue a full refund.  I have tried everything under the sun to cancel my subscription including 5 emails sent; two demanding a response, of course the only reply I received was an automated email demanding that I choose a medication in order for them to prescribe one for me - Needless to say, I did NOT. 

I have called the customer service # several times, I get no answer.  I have also chatted with their automated online chat service where I DID receive a confirmation email that had a CS ticket # along with a copy of the chat including my request to cancel & demanding a full refund; therefore I assumed that in itself was confirmation of both.  I've yet to receive any type of refund. Instead, I continually receive emails demanding that I choose a prescription medication. 

I reported them to the BBB, along with 100's of others and it seems there is nothing more I can do at this point. I will continue with my calling & emails for now.
