Having only shopped on sites of reputable companies, I was admittedly tricked by the intentionally misleading and deceptive ordering screen for this product. The real horror show comes in appealing to the customer service representatives who are clearly well versed in deflecting constant complaints against this Orwellian nightmare of a company. There is no service to be found in appealing to anyone at this company. Instead of making money delivering a quality product in an honest manner, they have devoted all their marketing energies into tricking customers into buying more of what they do not even want and then tacking on enormous unrefundable "processing fees."

Like others' reports, I ended up with multiple products, shipped at exorbitant costs, that were "impossible" to cancel, even minutes after the order was placed. Through multiple phone calls, it became clear that deception is actually the business of this company. No one could help me nor unlike any reputable company would do, no one tried to "make it right."

I highly recommend that consumers avoid doing business with this company.
