GPM Sweep N Mop product is faulty--website is misleading and over charging for shipping Nationwide sweepnmop.com
the product is faulty. mop head is not stable, rolls back and forth. second mop head snapped off the holder.
their website is very tricky, two-$10 mops, along with 6 extra heads and shipping all added up to $71.75. I tried to refuse the shipment, but they told me that shipping was not refundable.
