Gee, who would've thought that I could even think of starting to plant tomatoes in the middle of July! Maybe they mistook the Northeast for Alaska or something.
I sent for the planters- one for my parents to make their lives a little easier- you know, no bending over anymore for them to garden. The other was for my brother who doesn't have the time to work a garden.

Well, now, thanks to this thankless bunch of thieves, they don't have any tomatoes at all. I sent the card back with a giant "NO",when it finally arrived announcing the problems for shipping. It said, "Don't worry; June/July is still fine for planting in your area." The stupid things arrived in July anyway. I marched right to my local post office and refused the shipment/return to sender. It is about 5 weeks later, and still I have not received a refund for the $35.89 it cost me for them.
Please exercise extreme caution with these vandals. Most of the time, these products and millions more can be purchased at most discount, pharmacy stores. I wish I had thought of that before losing my money.

This company needs to be wiped-out, so they won't take advantage of innocent consumers anymore.

You're leaving out a lot of information. When did you actaully purchase these? Have you considered they may have been on back order? It is a pretty popular item. Did you bother to call them back to find out what happened? Did you ever consider it may have been delayed at the post office? Did you bother to call them to ask for a tracking number? Most television or online orders take 6-8 weeks for delivery. Have you called to ask for a refund in the last 5 weeks? These questions need to be answered, otherwise I have to assume youa re at fault and this is no rip off because of your negligence.
