Complaint Review: GPORS

I spoke with their livechat agents prior to my purchase  and was told small purchases would only take 10 minutes to deliver, the agent gave me a coupon code which I entered and didnt see any change on my purchase total. I thought nothing of it since I was prepared to pay full price anyways. I proceded to complete the transaction and then tried to connect with a liveagent again, I was left on hold for over 4.5 hours with no response, when I finally got in touch with someone after exhausting all methods of contact including skype, multiple email addresses, livechat and msn messenger. I was told it would be another hour before I could be helped, so I waited another hour, and tried the livechat option again.

I was on hold for another 2.5 hours to find out it would be another few hours til I could be helped. So I did some running around and went home to try again. Again I was kept on hold this time only for about 45 minutes. I was told Id have to continue to wait, so I asked for a refund and was ignored. So I connected to another agent which took me another 45 minutes and again requested a refund only to be ignored again. So I filed a dispute with paypal and again tried to contact the site about a refund and keep getting ignored. 

Watch out people, theres an endless amount of sites offering this service and this is one to AVOID. Poor customer service is just the tip fo the iceberg, they clearly have no intention of fulfilling my purchase or deliver a refund. This site is a complete scam, taking advantage of probably hundreds of people each and every day.
