GPS Paper Supplies aka Global Paper Supplies aka Great Paper Supply called our restaurant locations to verify the physical address and manager's name. In some cases, they claimed to be our approved vendor, said it was time to ship regular order and obtained an employee's name to use as having authorized the shipment. When the package arrives, there is often no return address or packing slip, thus no way to return product. In some cases, packing slip states "no returns accepted without authorization within 7 days of shipping."

When an unsuspecting employee signs for the delivery, a copy of the signed FedEx delivery information is faxed along with the invoice as "proof" that the product was ordered and delivered.

GPS Paper Supplies is invoicing $223.45 for product available from any legitimate vendor for less than $50. There is never a "quantity" on the invoice. In some cases, three rolls of paper was received. From our approved vendor, these three rolls cost $1.25 each.

Collection calls follow and become more and more threatening. Their latest, from Gary Martin in Collections, claims "documentation and a copy of the voice recording (confirmation call) have been forwarded to the Office of the Attorney General, Arizona as well as the BBB Arizona." This company threatens to "place this matter with our attorneys in your area for immediate collection," and gives notice that "a negative credit report reflecting on your credit report may be submitted to a credit reporting agency..."
