Bought GPX Portable Music and Movie System product # BD707B on June 18, 2011 for $99.99. Box states that one of the features is: USB Port (plays movies, music and photos from a USB Mass Storage Device). Got the product home and uploaded a few movies in various formats to a thumb drive. Put the drive into the USB port and waited while the screen said "loading". Waited 20 minutes the decided to put a single format on the drive. Another 20 minute wait got no results. So I went the company's website and looked in the FAQs. Right there on their page it says "will NOT play movies from a Mass Storage Device". Decided to try a portable external hard drive and a powered external hard drive with 5 different video formats on each. Nothing worked. So the marketing on the box is completely false and I, in turn, emailed the company that day. No response at all after 2 weeks. Not sure if I should find a commercial arbitrator for this on not.
