grab.com ripoff/grab.com claims a money back gurarantee if you cancel. cancelled the next day. My credit card was billed for more than the service. fraudulent ripoff business internet internet

This company steals your money and does not honor their refund policy. They charged me more than the stated price and refused to answer 5 e-mails I sent them to clear up the matter.If this is not a rip-off, there is no such thing as a rip-off. Remember..... stay clear of grab.com or you will regret it later. They don't have any intentions of handling problems, only stealing your money. WARNING: Don't use your credit card...When you attempt to send them an e-mail, most of the time the support box will not send the e-mail. You will have to write them direct. I did that and still received no response.
