Complaint Review: Grace Church - Grace Wedding Chapel

Please be very careful in doing business with this facility if you go ahead and proceed doing business with them or if you have already signed a contract please do not take the option to dress there (meaning entire bridal party)

Please beware of all the nice incentives that is told to you by the the owner and or the coordinator.

Please get EVERY minor details in writing and please KEEP up with all your payments.


I was mislead to think that if I paid for 5 hours then that would include our ceremony and reception, you are charged from the time THEY ask you to dress (which they ask you to be there two hours early) which was just one of the reasons my refund was not refunded and another was that we stayed to help them clean (but they didn't ask us to stop) so we went over our time.

On top of the they claim to have staff but my bridal party along with friends and family cleaned for them.
