do not sign any piece of paper they put in front of you! its a scam! read the back of the customer agreement! they will say they need your signature to talk to the insurance company, but you will be signing a contact that they will fill in later. if you sign there contract you have been had. read the back of the customer agreement its bogus!!!  they put a roof on my house that did not meet code. the building inspector told them to remove the roof they put on my house ,for not installing a vapor barrier. they caused 15000 dollars of damage to the inside of my house. i have not heard from them in two months. they want usaa insurance to pay them for the damage they caused and 42000 dollars to redo the roof. the vapor barrier was not in the contract(con-tract). im sending in a south carolina LLR report and hoping they will pull there home builders license. wish me luck.
