Complaint Review: GRACE WHITE - SPANISH SWEEPSTAKES LOTTERY INTERNATIONAL PROGRAM

REGARDING my daughter, JAINEANE: (U.S.)

Please can someone contact my daughter, Jaineane I think that she has been scammed out of $8,000 + dollars (U.S.) which she sent to the Madrid office (by way of western union, which cost aprrox 214, 225, 225, 118, 119, totaling more than $1000) to pay the taxes, shipping and handling and all that, in hopes of receiving her lottery winnings.

She has repeatedly tried to contact Grace White (011) 34 685 594 533 to no avail. Grace can be reached one day and if you call back She (Jaineane) has been hung up on(by Grace), told that she (Grace) can't give her any information until her boss arrives, Grace won't disclose her supervisors name, threatened to have others within the company (Antonio Martinez) fired for helping her. She has yet to get a straight answer regarding her money

As recent as today, 12.19.05, she was told that Ms. White was too busy and she would try to call her tomorrow. Since she has been trying to retrive this money (Sept. 2005 til now) it has always been "I will call you back tomorrow" and it is usually my daughter who has to do the calling back. She has spent an additional $500 in getting calling cards to continue to follow up on what is going on.

She was given a phony UPS tracking number and was told that the package with her lottery check was sent approximately 2-3 weeks ago. I understand that it may take a little longer with international mail but I think this time frame is a little ridiculous. Can you help???

My only concern is that these scams do not just affect 1 person they affect the household (my grandchildren included). She sacrifice her savings, cut into her educational funds and skimmed on her wedding in hopes of having a lottery check to put back what she used, and yet she has nothing. Because she believed so heavily that this was the real deal and convinced her new husband they are experience "technical difficulties" for the bind sending all this money has put her in.

When will it stop???!!!!
