My experience ocurred when a gentlemen dressed with white shirt, blackpants ,and tie, request any donation to his group, i offered any donation in the comming weeks and if he can provide me with his e-mail wich he didn't have any problem at that time he sounded trusty and original. Money was not involved, but in the night i found this person comming from a restaurant and he was coold, i ofered a good jacket my son sky jacket ,but i requested to please returned the following day, he indicate that next day will be in the area and will returned. his name is joseph williams and his # 2121. I Contacted the police department because with that action of not returned what he promised, my judgement was that this group is nothing but a bunch of opportunistic and every body need to understand that they are not legitime. i try to find a phone #r to report this incident and nothing, the police dept explained that this issu is under civil matters and they canot enforze this type of situations, now that i find a responsible way to let everybody know that this group is to be treated with supreme attention and please no money or other type of help beccause thay are not keeping they word.
