I purchased a 8x12 portable building and a 22x26 carport from Graceland Of Justin. They were both ordered on 8-29-2016 from the owner Lance Leverich. Lance Promised me the portable building would be delivered that weekend on 9-3-16 this did not happen. I called Lance on 9-6-2016 and he said because of the holiday on the 5th his moving company could not get a permit to move the building. He then promised it would be delivered on 9-10-2016, this did not happen either. I called him that day fairly upset and he blaimed his delivery company and passed me over to them. They were very nice but informed me Lance had No business scheduling the deliveries. The owner of the moving company said Lance knew they stayed booked several weeks out. The owner of the moving company scheduled me for 9-24-2016 and the building showed up as he promised.

Now we get to the carport debacle. Lance told me this would be delivered within one week. As promised, someone from Eagle Carports contacted me within that week. However Lance failed to mention that they only deliver on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This was a huge problem for me because I live and work 125 miles from the property it was being installed on. I told the girl from Eagle Carports that I would have to call her back to schedule after I worked something out. i called my parents which are retired and also live 100 miles away from my property and they said they could meet the installers on the day that Eagle Carports wanted to install.

I called Eagle Carports back within 20 minutes of their original call, and left a message with the scheduler to return my call. I received no return call within 2 days so I called back 2 other days and left messages. After no return calls, I called their customer service and spoke with a superviser. The superviser said she would get the install scheduled and call me back. I told her then that I lived 125 miles away so make sure the install date would NOT change. She called me back the following day and scheduled the install for around noon on 9-20-2016. I reinterated that we did not live on the property and someone would be driving a long way to meet the installers. She assured me there would be No problem. This new install date did not work with my parents schedule so my wife took off work to meet the installers. My mother not wanting my wife to be out there alone with guys we did not know canceled her plans to go with my wife. They arived at our property around 11:00am on install day. At 2:00pm there was still no word from the installers so I called Eage Carports and left a message for the superviser I had been working with. At 2:30 she returned my call saying the install before mine was taking longer than expected and that they would be there within an hour. I again reminded her my wife and mother had driven 2 hours to our property. She assured me there would be no problem getting the carport installed. at 5:00pm still no word from the installers and I could not reach anyone at Eagle Carports.

I called Lance Leverich the owner of Graceland Justin who had sold me the carport and he said he would call me right back. At 6:00pm with still no return call from Lance I called him back. He again said he would take care of it and call me back. At 7:15pm I received a call from the installer saying he had just finished the install in front of mine and his GPS told him he was 2 hours away from my property. I asked him why he didn't let me know he wasn't going to make it hours sooner. I could tell by his tone he could have cared less that he wasted someone elses day. I hung up with the installer and called Lance back again and told him I would be canceling the carport purchase. He then told me I could not cancel and I would not get my deposit back because Eagle Carports do NOT do refunds. I said fine I will call my credit card company and dispute the charges. That next morningI called Eagle Carports and was very insistant that I speak to the Head person in charge. After explaining the whole experience with him he agreed to cancel my order. I then told him I would be expecting my deposit back as well. He informed me that any money i had put down was what the salesman had charged for his commission. Again at no suprise Lance had lied again. I proceeded with my credit card despute and again Lance LIED to the credit card company stating that I had received the carport. He also provided a credit card receipt for the down payment with a signater he claimed was mine. This is another issue as well since I placed the order over the phone! SO BUYERS BEWARE, Lance Leverich is a worthless LIER and THEIF!
