"Graduate Movers" and owner TAYLOR is a scam.  DO NOT HIRE THEM.

These guys showed up with a rented U-Haul that was visibly too small for the job.  I walked the 2 movers around the house, patio, and garage, and told them, "everything in this house is going.  Everything needs to be moved except the artwork and electronics. I will move those."

They worked very slowly and did not have tools to dismantle furniture, OR a furniture dolly with a strap.  I had to borrow tools from the neighbors.  They packed their tiny truck--using OUR bedding as padding (which now has black stains to prove it)--and then proceeded to pack my truck to the brim, back and front, with other house stuff (not artwork and electronics.)

They left furniture, large garage shelving, rugs, lamps, boxes, clothes, outdoor patio furniture (table, bench, 4 chairs) and toys (water table, etc.), plants, kitchen stuff, and a garage FULL of stuff.  Even with all they left behind, simply packing their truck took 5 hours.

When they got to our new house, they unloaded and scratched our hardwood floors.  They didn't assemble my son's crib properly, and his mattress fell through the bottom (he was not in it when this happened thank god).

After 10 hours of work, they charged me $1100, and when I complained, Taylor said he'd wave the 10% gratuity.  TAYLOR IS THE OWNER.  He just made $1000 off us and had the nerve to work a tip for himself into the bill.

My wife had to take the day off work to drive to our old house (40 minutes away) and load my dad's truck and her car 3 TIMES EACH.  They worked from 9a.m. until 10p.m. just getting all the stuff our "movers" left behind.
