Moved into Gramery park and was signed in by Ms. Shereen. During sign in I was told that the aparment complex was a crime free zone with no occurance for the past year. I was also told that there was a patrol service (Blue Moon investigation) on duty and that they have monitored camera which I was shown. I believed all that she said. However my nightmare started a day after I moved in - no place to park after coming homw from my son's school open house. After driving around for almost 30 minutes I was lucky someone was leaving and I got to park in their space. I later inquired about parking in the complex and was told my shereen that their is park space problem. She gave me a choice of parking in their covered parking for $35.00 a month or garage for $65.00 a month. However, she never found a space for me.

I called several times and after about 2 weeks of moving in I found out she is no longer working in the complex. Thus I started working with a man who promised to get back to me but he never did. After so much issue of parking I talked to Ms. Heather the apartment manager who found a place that is very very very far from my complex. I refused to take the garage because I have to walk at least 400 meters from my apartment to the garage. I settled to just arrive home on time. The situation makes you think twice about leaving after 6:30p.m to pick up food or any item you many need after arriving home from work. Once you get home and find a space you better not leave for anything cause when you get back there will be no space for you. Several complain to the complex amounted to nothing.

Wish that was the only problem, but wow, the bottom of the pot broke on Wednesday September 18th 2013, when I recieved the dreadful call from my son upon his return from school. Our apartment was broken into and everything, I mean everything was stolen. jewerly,TV, Ipad, phones, laptops, clothe, my designer bags, children clothes, hand luggages containing documents (birth certificats, school records, passports were all stolen. While talking to my son the phone got disconnected and I lost contact with my son. I tried calling several times but he was no longer answering his phone. My heart cut. I passed out at work. fearing the worst that maybe the thieves were stillin the apartment and they may have hurt my son.

i called the apartment management to inform them of what is going on and to please go to my apartment to check on my son. i equally told them my son's age - fourteen. They told me that they will call the cops and them walk to my unit to check on my so and bring him to the officefor safety and to wait for m. was I disappointed when I got home and went to the office. The management did check on my son, but told me that when they got to my house and say him and because he was a tall fourteen years old boy they decided to leave him in the apartment. I immediately left the office and drove as fast as I can to my apartment to check on the walfare and mental state of my son. he was crying and vry devasetated.

I tried comforting him as much as I could, While waiting for the police to arrive I took my son and went back to the office to inquire about looking at the camera that I was told upon signing my lease that was in the complex. My heart fell out when the manage Ms. Heather told me that the camera was only monitoring the entrance gate, pool, cafe, gym and inside the office. I then asked her if I can look at the monitor to see if there was any car/truck leaving with items since what was taken from my apartment was a lot. She refused and told me that she will look at it in the morning. I also asked her about the security patrol that was suppose to be patroling the compound, She had no answer for that. She more or less start to make the incidence my fault. Her attitude towards my predicament was baffling. I had no strength to argue with her and I just went back to my apartment.

later on that evening I start to talk to other tenants to see if anyone saw or heard anything. That was when my neigbour to me that a month before the incident in my apartment that right above me, the unit got broken into again at daylight. She said that all the buglaries that have occured at the complex occur during the day. I took the information to the management and all she could say that it is not true. i equally asked her when will she inform other tenants about what happended so that at least they will watch out for each other and be more vigillant. She said that they were not going to do so. She say me talk to tenants that came into the office about what happended to me, she called the cops on me for trespassing. Trespassing in a place that I live.

Since the incidence my life have not being the same. i hardly sleep, eat or relate well with people. My daughter that was butty trained alnow wets the bed. My son while sleeping screams out in his sleep almost every night. thus I decided to move out of the complex. Surprise, surprise the management refused to allow me to break my lease. The do not care about my mental state or what my children are going through. I contacted their corporate office _Fogelman properties both by phone and email and as of today September 26th 2013 no one have responded to my email or phone call. it show that I'm just a money source for them. Their attitude is so inhuman. thus I decided to take the bull by the horn and move. I will be moving tomorrow September 27th, 2013. At least the move will be a chance to start healing.

*****icing on the cake, went to the emergengy room yesterday with my daughter and got home around 2:00am and was unable to find parking. Called the apartment emergency number and was told to look and see if any car is illegally parked so as to call Arrow tow to tow the car so I can park. Now visualize that, leaving my 2 years old daughter in the car and then going from car to car looking to see which car has the apartment tag and maybe someone is watching and thinking I am aout to break into their car and then shoot me a 2:00 am. Luckily after driving around for 30 minutes a youg lady in apartment 1633 that was coming home saw me and stopped and offered her parking space (she has an asigned space) so that I can park and tak my sick daughter into my apartment. can't wait to move out of his hell hole and proceed with legal actions.
