I am legally blind. Grammarly refuses to support their product for which I paid, or make reasonable accommodation to persons such as myself who are disabled.

It is unfortunate that Grammarly will not respond to repeated attempts to resolve an account access issue. I have provided to Grammarly substantive notice of my disability. Moreover, I have repeatedly and notoriously attempted to communicate to Grammarly that I am not able to read ANY message sent to my Gmail account due to compatibility issues with the software I must use to magnify my display.

I have requested that the issue at hand be taken care of, or issue a refund. Neither request has received a response that solves the problem or delivers a refund. Grammarly refuses to communicate via an email address that I have provided that works with my low vision software.

Moreover, Grammarly is caught in a loop demanding that I to resolve the problem,  I must use a facility, Gmail, that I am not able to view as Gmail is not compatible with my visual aid software. Grammarly places a purposeful obstructive boundary by which they hope to outrun the trial, or simply will not provide even a remedial level of support that accommodates a physical disability.

Additionally, Grammarly has rendered my access to the product by me impossible, as evidenced by my password no longer working.

The sad side of this is the product performs wee with my low vision software. However, the quality of the product is significantly offset by the anti-consumer nature of the companies customer service and support.
