I enrolled in Dec 2015 and quickly learned that the information I was given about the program was not true. I dropped from the school three days after I enrolled and got a bill for 3000.00 dollars. It took me weeks of arguing and sending proof that I dropped the first week to get the fee lowered. They then decided to use my grant money to cover the drop fee of 830.00 which is not legal. I told them I was attending another school and that the grant would not go through and it didnt. They now tell me I owe 769.00 and they falsely chrged my grant money the difference. I have emailed and called advisors, supervisors and recelty the director, Tyler Nelson, Cameron Murphy and Ian Flores and got the usual run around and a very brash email explining again that I had a balance and then said that I agreed to a payment plan that I did not and they dont seem to have in writing. This is a tragedy and a mockery of the education system. The school has never updated my contact information after I repeatedly given it to them so they say they cant get a hold of me, bu they can email false information to me. I want this balance wiped out and an apology.

 GCU responded and deleted the balance ! They called and apologised for all the issues and fixed the account to zero!
