Complaint Review: Grand Canyon University

This university has the worst instructors in the world of instructors.  They are ripping people off left and right.  I had a class with an instructor who did not engage or respond to students or maybe it was just me.... Not sure.  I had questions she did not respond for days.  I am an online student and you can't drop the class or transfer school or they will send you financial aid back.  It's like you are trapped.  I complained and made An 69.5 in this class.  When the class was over the instructor contacted me and said I will look over your work, however I don't believe your grade will change.  She didn't look at anything.  Then I'm told I have to pay the money back for the class.  I'm like ok.  Then I'm told I can do an academic review.  Which is a joke because they didn’t do anything!!!??   Nothing!!!!  I'm like wow and this is a Christian university.  I do not like thieves and cheats.  They are too much for me.  Now I'm in a class with which this instructor has the same attitude.  This is ridiculous.  How are we to learn anything with this crap going on?  This is a shady operation.  Online education is a joke. They sucker you in with by telling you that they understand that you have a career and family.  However, the instructors don't give a hoot!!! 

To make a long story short.  This school is dishonest and they will cheat you out of your education.  You have to stay on top of them.
