My "enrollment counselor" did not have me speak with a Financial Aid Advisor BEFORE he enrolled me in classes. Grand Canyon University should be shut down

You should have done your research

The student handbook for GCU is available online. It is easy to find via google. Yes, it is long, but if you're signing up for something that is going to take four years of your life and cost you thousands of dollars, you really need to do your research. If you had, you'd know the class drop policy already.

Take this as a life lesson for this and for any other issues you encounter in life. Read the fine print. Always. If you don't, it's your own fault when it costs you too much money or you don't get what you imagined you were getting.

That is YOUR responsibility.  I have two degrees and never had an "enrollment counselor" - if there is such a thing.  IF you could do the college course work then that is your problem.  Don't lay blame on someone else.
