We built our pool starting last April 04. We moved into our new home July 04. No problems until spring this year when flagstone covering a special feature called a "Rainmaker" fell off into the pool.

Flagstone should have been attached with glue material since the Rainmaker is made of plastic (poly material). Instead cement was used. Cold weather plus wamring temperatures have caused the cement to expand and contract. It then fell off the Rainmaker into the pool water.

John came and made an assement of the problem promised to get it repaired in one week. Damage happened March 05 (this year). Gave us a name of the company (contractor) who would make repairs. The compnay does not exit.

Name of company appears on a resturant next to his business though. Another contractor showed up and attached 6 pieces and has not returned. Repeated promises but no results. No returned phone messages or emails.

Can not use pool until flagstone is secured and safe or could fall on someone's head under the Rainmaker. It is an embrassment to have people over and have this damage visible. Especially after paying all that money!
