When I booked the vacation on the phone I spoke with a supervisor and we discussed the trip and my two children he went over all the perks free this, free that childcare on the ship and told me he was going to give me an extra trip to florida at no extra expense.
I called to book my vacation only to find out that I needed to pay extra 850 for my children to come on the cruise these people are a joke. I will be getting a lawyer involved to get my money back from these crooks.
