Had call from Travel/ sales rep saying my membership was expiring and needed to renew before year end.  I stated I wanted to have them sell my membership which he said they would but had to renew now to do that. Told him I thought my membership expired in July but he insisted it had expired now. Later found my membership card that says it is good till 2017, not 2015. 

When I called to ask for refund was told the "Membership card" they issued was just for the incentives, not the actual date of membership (however the new membership card they issued was good till its date!).  Refused to refund and claim they do not try to resell memberships even after the first rep told me he just got $10,000 for one similar to mine and he would try to sell it for me as well as refer me to a broker.  Can't speak with original rep as he is home because of a "Sick relative". 

Supervisor I spoke wiht would not help, just said there was no way they would refund money!! Interesting they have a recording of me agreeing to renew but not of any the BS the rep stated!
