Grand Getaways appears to have a fulfillment service for their own and other companies' Gasoline rebate incentive programs. I know of two other companies that use this service:

GE Perfect Getaways
Critics Choice Entertainment

To sign up for The Gasoline Rebate Program (up to $40 in rebates), I had to complete and send in the registration form provided by the sponsoring company. In time, I received a gasoline rebate voucher from Grand Getaways. That voucher in turn had to be completed and mailed with a gasoline purchase receipt for $10 or more in order to receive a $10 rebate check. The voucher says to "Allow 4-6 weeks for processing of your rebate check." It further states that I could not request more rebates (up to the $40 limit) until I received another voucher request, which would come with my 1st rebate check.

I sent my first voucher in on 11/10/04 and it was received on 11/15/04. I called in today (1/20/05) and was told by a cordial customer service rep they were behind in processing and I should receive my rebate check next week. If I had not called in, I don't believe I would be receiving anything. The number I listed is directly for The Gasoline Rebate Program. It took hours of attempts to reach customer service at Grand Getaways before I got a rep that gave me that number. I'll update at the end of next week as to whether or not I have received my 1st (of 4) $10 rebate.

Received My First $10 Rebate Check

Grand Getaways did mail my $10 rebate check on 1/24/05 and I received it (along with the next $10 request voucher) on 1/28/05 as the rep told me I would. I hope the turn-around is quicker on the remaining 3 requests I have to send in.
