Complaint Review: Grand Hall Enterprise Co.

I had the eternal GU195 installed by a licensed plumber. Two years after it was installed I noticed that the hot water would run cold during a shower. Thinking it was the showerhead, I replaced it. Water heater started making extremely loud noises, like pipes rattling in a tunnel. I got an E27 code, checked the book.I opened the panel and found a loose wire so I pushed it back into place. A week later I noticed a large puddle of water under the water heater. I opened the panel to find the wires were sitting in a puddle of water. I quickly unplugged the unit and thanked God there wasn't a fire! I opened the next panel and found the source of the leak.

I tried to wipe the drip of water off the hot water tube assembly according to the book and the piece shot off spraying water all over the inside of the tank. I quickly shut off the water supply but water was still shooting out. I called the plumber after turning off the main water supply. He isn't very interested in helping me because I can't afford to replace it! I'm disabled and trying to live on a very small disability check every month. My credit cards are all maxed out and all I can afford is the minimum payment. Nobody seems to be able to help me! Called the company many times, always a busy signal. I read online that they went out of business. They should buy me a new water heater!
