Complaint Review: Grand Hustle Records

I signed up and paid for a Silver Membership on their official website which entitled me to an autograph, a t-shirt and a ringtone. Since signing up, I have received no indication on how to receive these items. They didn't ask for my shirt size, which artist I wanted an autograph from, or which ringtone. The only thing it did was go thru a PayPal checkout, and I got an email with a email/password. Those creditionals are uselss since it only logs you into a WordPress account that you can't do anything with, bringing only "Insufficent privileges" pages whenever you try to edit or access your account options. They offer 3 levels of these memberships, with a gold and platinum level, each increasing with the level of merchandise you receive, not limited to tickets to Grand Hustle artist concerts as well as meet and greet sessions.

When I triued contacting the support team mentioned in my email containging the creditionals, which was a certain "Hannah", I never received a response. So I tried emailing the address that was used to send me my creditional email and it too never responded.

Stay away from these memberships until Grand Hustle straightens things out!!
