Complaint Review: Grand Incentives

This was a late evening phone call.  High pressure was used saying that this is a renewal from a past travel club they are honoring for renewal.  When i finally agreed they were unabled to be reached for cancelation.  My credit card company was immediately notified and i was assured that this could be cancelled.  

I never received any of the mailed paperwork that they promised...which tells me that they did get my emails and voice mail trying to cancel.  Talking to them after my credit card gave me their imformation was nothing but more badgering and bullying.
