Grand Incentives, Inc. The company did not fulfill their agreement Sarasota Florida
I was given the Grand Incentives certificate for 3 days. I followed the instructions and sent a check of $60.00 and never got any thing back in the mail until 4months later. The company gave me a letter in the mail stating that the dates I selected were not available and to pick 3 more dates. At the time, I processed on line my information,the begining of January the dates I chosed were available. Now, the certificate expired 7/31/13 and I get nothing, but dashed hopes and dreams of this get away. To me this company is a complete "RIP OFF. " It takes the company too long to get back with me just to tell me by mail to change the dates. At least they should have gave me my check back that was sent and processed on-line.
