Complaint Review: Grand Incentives

Grand Incentives was adamant about discrediting the validity of my documentation in rebuttal to incorrect info they were using to disqualify me and ultimately void my trip to Cabo. Sara Sota Florida

I called Grand Incentive to get status of second form i submitted after recieving notification that first 3 cabo resorts and dates were not available.  The second form was sent via certified mail @ 8-29-2014. The second form included 3 cabo resorts and dates, 90 days from date of notice and 30 days apart.  The Grand Incentives rep immediately accused me of not returning the form and stated my trip had been voided and i would recieve a refund.   I stated i had a certified mail receipt to prove i mailed the form was mailed back to them.   He then changed his story and accused me of not providing the right information on the form which was not true.  I am very suprised the Better Business Bureau has not launched an investigation against this business for it's unethical business practices and fraud.
