Grand Incentives Will not answer their phone Sarasota Florida

we were introduced to Grand Incentives through the State Fair we were sent a welcoming letter with a 2 night hotel accomodation certificate it costs $50 which the brochure said was refundable and they agreed. we sent a money order for $50 and then when we saw that we missed the deadline by a couple days we asked for a refund and the agent said he would send that to us and to expect it in 8 weeks. we never received it so i called back and a lady agent said that they were scheduled to be sent out April 1,2014 and we would get it in about 10 days. needless to say we never received it then either so i called back only to hear a recording saying that they were remodeling the office to better serve the customer. i called back on the tuesday only to hear the recording say that we are experiencing more call volume than usual and asked that you send an email with your complaint plus the cert# and your name and phone # and they would get back to you. They never have even though i have made 6 additional calls at different times and get the same response. I think it is a scam.
