If you were a resident at any of these Apartment Complexes, as we were.. A sign has been posted on the Grand Plaza Apartments that THE APARTMENTS ARE CONTAMINATED WITH ASBESTOS!! Asbetos is a known carcinogen that causes a plethora of health problems.

Residents were booted out with 30 day Notices to move in February 2005, never telling them that there was Asbestos on the property. Those residents had fire hazards in the electical wiring and is verified by Las Vegas Fire Department. Not one resident was given money to move for their displacement. This Caused financial harship of residents and some became homeless. All of this in the name of progress for a new development.

The other two Apartment complexes have Stapybaccus Mold and the water is contaminaed for drinking with Jetfuel that has been leaking since 1995 into the water supply from McCarran airport..

Reports have already been made to Federal Officials for, unfair rental practices, block busting and Discrimination.

Go immediately to The Federal Department of Housing, contact attorneys and file complaints initially with them, before these properties get rid of the evidence. This could effect you and your family for years to come with the cost of healthcare.

An Added Offender

Hesperian Falls apartments in Las Vegas at 3755 Algonquin Drive has a new female manager that is just as bad as those mentioned above. She is like gestapo, issuing 3 day illegal Evction Notices to those she feels are a Nusannce to her, on false charges by their private security Thugs.. The apartments have faulty wiring for electricity, is charging for water without benefit of water meters, has asbestos and is using pesticides, even though Stout Management knows they have persons living at the property that are chemically sensitive or have Gulf War Vets Syndrome! Good Luck and Best Wishes to all those involved.

Where to Look

THERE IS VERY LITTLE AFFORDABLE HOUSING IN LAS VEGAS. THE COUNTY HAS COME UP WITH A SOLUTION: MOVE THE POOR AND WORKING CLASS 20 OR MORE MILES AWAY WITHOUT ANY FORM OF PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION OR PURCHASE SHOODY HOUSING THAT IS FALLING DOWN WITH CRACKING WALSS AND CEILINGS...THERE ARE FEW ATTORNEYS THAT WILL DEFEND YOU IN HOUSING SCAMS!

It is a known fact that water leaks inside the walls from one apartment to the other and is laoded with mold at the former Lake Tropicana apartments at 303 East Harmon in Las Vegas and International Villa Apartments, just around the corner on Koval. Other apartment complexes such as the Hampton Inn and Deer Creek are just as bad. Huge roaches, poor plumbing, mold etc...

Blue Harbor Apartment managers will enter your domicile without search warrants and go shopping though your belongings and identifying information. If you have become a victim of Identy theft after living at any of these facilities that's probably how your information was obtained.

GOOD NEWS

Grand Plaza is being plowed over for parking, since they can't sell it or build on it.

Additional Information ..an admission of continuing fraud

The owners of Grand Plaza apartments have listed residential apartments as a "BUSINESS" and not a residential property, to avoid being brought into court by former renters of this mis classified property. This is an admission of continuing fraud as they have reported it to government officials.

Immediately check your credit reports, this is where you will find that Grand Plaza has your former residence listed as a business. File complaints with the United States Department of Housing. Send them pictures, copies of leases and any other information you may have. Don't let them get away with it.

If you the injured person or members of your family have not or did not recieve mail from certain businesses and friends, You may want to file complaints with the Postal Inspectors. There were incidences of people that did not live there openinig your mailbox placing their names in your assigned box to steal your information. Management did play a role in helping these individuals in this scam to deprive you of your money and anything that may have been coming to you after the flood damage in 1999. Identity theft has occured because of their further negligence.
