my dad purchased a 2000 ford mustang in july 2000 and when got contracts and paperworks, was asked if wanted to add extended warranty, to vehicle and was told that the warranty would be an additonal 75,000 miles or 4 yrs whichever came first, and was suppose to take in effect after the bumper to bumper warranty, now we talked to them about the extended warranty and they say it has expired, so they actually sold us a 4 yr warranty with 75,000 miles on it for one year.

i seemed to think thats it is a ripoff to the people who being told that the warranty is extended and not an additional covering over the bumper to bumper. i think someone needs to put a stop to car lots ripin off the people. thank you for your time and hoping you can help with this problem.

Eddie, I jus suffered the same issue. I believe there are a lot of us that have. I am going to start gathering names and information of people that have had this problem. With around 30 complaints we can go Class Action on them.
