Grand Resort travel Best bait and switch I've ever seen! They have you believing you will save money by giving them money. But are perfect examples that NOTHING is ever free! Batesville, Arkansas

If you receive and invitation for free flight and hotel or free computer if you attend a one hour presentation on a travel club, Don't do it. It was a classic bait and switch operation. First they present to a group the wonderful places you can stay at a discount, then throw out an outrageous cost. Then you are placed one on one and the sales pitch begins. Suddenly, while looking over his shoulder, the agent gives YOU, a deal that can't be beat.

If you' sign up tonight with a credit card. So you are paying them for the opportunity to SPEND more money to POSSIBLY stay in the listed resorts. If you do sign up, they are unable to give you your paper work that night because "folders did not arrive". So information arrive in about four of five days explaining the benefits. However, your contract can only be cancelled within 3 days.

Ok so you try to use the service and it's not at all what you were promised. Very poor service in trying to find hotels that meet your needs, deals are not such bargains etc. Oh, and the free airline ticket and hotel any where in US. It's not free. There are fees to sign up, fees for usage and restrictions make it nearly impossible to use. For example you request a flight date. They will not inform you until 2 or 3 weeks before if you have a flight. Again, stay away! It's a rip off.
