Per other reports about this company, it rips off it employees refuses to pay them. I freelanced for Grand Schema Inc and almost a year later, they still owe me thousands of dollars. Requests for payment are met with excuses about the companies financial woes.
They are highly unprofessional and apparently have opened and shut down several production companies in the NYC area after investments have gone south. One night while the founding partners were insisting they didn't have the funds to pay freelancer invoices (and laughing about it), one owner in particular proceeded to rack up a large bar tab and then call a drug dealer to order cocaine. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM OR WORK FOR THEM.
