I was foolish enough to purchase a time share at the Grand Seas Resort in Daytona Beach, for Bike Week.

I was told that after my initial purchase, the maintenance fee for that week would be $400 for the week.  They never mentioned surcharges and fees back charged to me for individuals that did not meet THEIR commitments.

Now, beyond additional surcharges, the maintenance fee has risen to over $1000 for the week!

To make matters even worse, the property on the outside looks very nice, but the interiors are bordering on "slum like" conditions.  Someone is making very nice profit off of our maintenance fees.

I asked for a list of owners, but was told that that information was private.  They may have been lying to me.

I would like to enter into a class action suit with interested parties.
