Complaint Review: grand turismo auto repair

shipped a ferrari 365gt4 2+2 june 2013. my instruction, fix. open ended budget. every time Brett ask for money,  i sent 11 times $10,000 by wire. i ask for invoices. got two. excuses for no more were, 'my wife' or ,' computer'. during this time i had very serious cancer treatment issues. and was not really able to deal properly with the excuses and delays. then excuses were, he could not find the parts, i would make one call and have the parts sent to him. after two years canadian law says the car must be out of the country. Brett stated he was finished.(he had another car of mine). transporter flooded the car unloading. so next day i sent it to a local shop. changed plugs. started right up. ran awful. after 1,000 miles i sent the car to a shop in Indiana. report. cost to repair, estimated $25,000+. found so far. main bearing inserts installed wrong. all crank bearings scraped. cylinder walls received little oil lube. because the main inserts were installed wrong. i was charged for new, valves, valve guides valve seats and a new clutch. all were used. timing chain and related bearing have to be replaced, burnt up, too tight. Brett has a spare motor assy and transmission still at his shop tha i have tried to get him to ship. at the last minute he sent me an invoice for $47,000 that he says i owe.
