Complaint Review: Grand view mobile home park

 Oh where to begin I moved in 2&1/2 year ago and was promised the world well that was WRONG!! my most recent issue happens to be BLACK MOLD and a leaking roof not to mention that the kitchen and bathroom sinks are leaking and creating mold and I was told oh buy such and such it will work really because number one I'm not supposed to fix the problem you are and number two ive had numerous of issues before this one. like for example I've been waiting since I moved in for covers for all my cieling light fixtures = fire Hazzard have to hold master bath toilet handle down in order for it to flush = "someone else's"used dirty nasty toilet maintenance guys words was the fix from my complaint of the previous toilet leaking from the bottom. NONE OF MY WINDOWS LOCK I have to use SCREW DRIVERS in them to keep from someone breaking in. sloppy a** paint job. whenever we came and looked at it there were minors (12 yr olds" helping adults paint cigarettes put out in guest bathroom sink. bathroom wall in guest bath buckling and I'm told by maintenance"are you sure it wasn't like that when you moved in?"ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! they tell me the black mold I'm smelling is condensation again ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! then they bring in bleach and spray it but I thought it was condensation? RIGHT!!! I COULD GO ON AND ON BUT I'M SURE YIU GET THE POINT NVR I REPEAT NVR RENT FROM THIS PLACE OR AFFORDABLE FAMILY RENTALS I bet everyone in this place has paid for everything the owner has and then some SLUM LORD PAUL CHAD COMINGORE!!!!
