GrandCrowneTravelNetwork ripoff Nothing I asked for condos and hotels and received nothing I did get a discount on jewelry and software with very limited selection and could have purchased it anywhere else for the same Springfield Missouri

March 7, 2007 I gave GrandCrowneTravel $5995 for unlimited condo weeks, discounted airlines, hotels, rental cars, cruises, rv rentals, discounted merchandise, $5000 diamond rewards for shopping, Grand Crowne cards for 5 additional family members. Today I have received a small discount on software and a necklace (which I could have purchased elsewhere for the same price.) The 5000 diamond rewards amounted to $50 and the very limited selection included magazines, software, jewelry and luggage. I asked for a condo in NC and they had none. I asked for a hnote in Albany and they had none. I shopped with the 400 merchants they had listed and received not discounts. I asked to book a condo for 3 weeks in Florida in March. A travel agent called and offered a house or a complex for prices there were in no way discounted. I explained I expected a discount and wanted a condo. The following day he offered a couple of condos which I had already found on line and for the same price. He then told me to call them myself and arrange what I wanted. I never heard from him again and that was in Sept. I wrote a very long e-mail to membership services complaining about the no service I was getting and asking what I paid $5995 for and I never received a reply. I also asked why I never received cards for the family members and to this date I have none. Thus far I have save $73 for my discounted merchandise and nothing else. In Feb. I am expected to pay $189 for a yearly service fee. Do not purchase GrandCrowne and I am trying to get my money back and would like to join anyone else who wishes to do so.;
