Grande Communications terrible customer service, would not fix problem with cable said it was a bad tv Odessa Texas
i called to grande because of problems with picture. they sent someone out and he told me that it was my tv. it did not look like a problem with tv so i asked them to send out another tech. they sent out the same tech. he told me the same thing. he never once went out to look at the cable outside. i called a tv repair man and he told me there was no problem with my tv. they wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor or anyone higher up.
