Complaint Review: grandview manor db llc

 avoid renting from grandview manor apartments in daytona beach fl. theyre owned by jim ford and donna oconner their number is 4077390354 and 4077450664. i moved in one of their studio apartments on may 4th 2016. jim was happy to take my deposit and rent money. i gave him 3 months rent upfront in good faith never knowing what lousy landlords he and donna are. they would refuse to fix issues in my apartment and blew off a termite issue till i called code enforcement. in retaliation jim posted eviction papere on my door 2 days later. more than a coincidence. parking at grandview manor is minimal, units are over priced, landlords are nosey and overbearing, landlords are also incompetant and never answet their phones for issues or complaints. i would advise against renting from these folks as they are very deceptive and dishonest. if you would like to know more about this situation contact me at daytonaboy77@gmail.com thanks.
