Grandview Palace Marina $400 gone, because of their inability to communicate! Miami Beach Florida
They SEEM more than happy to tell you everything you need. They will tell you you should be accepted no problem as long as you have everything. NOT! they simply say this so you will spend $100 to them for an application fee on top of another $100 for the background check per applicant. Read the reviews and BELIEVE them these people are jokes and I should have listened to the reviews and the way people acted in the building. If you still decide to go with them be ready to lose you money.... (once again I spoke to them multiple times to make sure there was no way anything could go wrong...probably about 13 times)
