Complaint Review: Grandview Resort at Las Vegas

My fiance and i went to a Timeshare presentation, what we were told would be 2 hours ended up taking 6 hours as we were forced into signing a contract because the staff pressured us and really wouldnt let us leave... So when we returned home, i called owner services and they instructed me to mail the recission form in within 5 days, which i did... But now they are claiming we are in default because they didnt receive it within 5 days. So i asked to see a copy of the envelope, first i got the run around that they dont have the envelope and it was thrown out... "its not the developers responsibility to furnish that information" all their excuses they could come up with! then i got a manger/directors contact information and sent him a letter requesting our deposit back. they claim they recieved it late, that their office has the recission form date stamped 6 days late - so again i asked to see the postmark... do they have the postmark, nope... they have the stamp cut out and placed on the recission form! Spoke to USPS and they said everything that goes through gets a postmark and tracking ticks on the letters. Grandview is such a fraud!
